MINUTES

- Roll call
- Review of minutes for July 16
Approved as modified for contact info, as given in this Roll Call.

- AR review
AR: Parser bug documentation -- Bob Haller, Greg Edlund, Roy=20
Leventhal
Process: Bugs are sent to Bob Ross for posting. Bug 71 has
been posted; priority will be updated at the Open Forum on August
30. Bob requested the example IBIS file for each bug be simplified
and reduced as much as possible.
Remainder of bugs will be filed.
Bob Haller will attend Open Forum on August 30.

- Opens for new items
Any company have patents existing or in development
relating to this work? No company disclosed any patents.
AR: Barry to add this to agenda for future meetings.

- Call for additional required keywords for Level 0
Note that Level 0 implies "completeness" that can be checked with
a parser.
Add standard load (Cref or Rref) for drivers; Vinh, Vinl for anything
that can be a receiver (examples: I/O, 3-state).
Add Overshoot-high and Overshoot-low at both driver and receiver?
Roy saw a model where the V-t tables violated the overshoot limits.
Static overshoot is normal SI check. But might not be in model, if
logic is terminated and never gets near overshoot limits (example:
ECL). It requires considerable time to find and verify overshoot
limits.
Voted, one vote per company. Result: Static Overshoot to go
in Level 1.
Model Spec should also go in Level 1.

Documentation draft for discussion at the IBIS Summit.
Roadmap. How models on the web compare to the
Quality checklist, or how models will need to change.
Barry will present a report at PCB East Summit.

Note that date for IBIS Summit may change, since PCB East
has changed its schedule. Sponsors are needed for lunch and
    coffee breaks.
